To receive approval, a character must receive one of the following:
- One* moderator/global moderator approval.
- One* admin/owner approval.
*These limits are subject to change as the user count increases.
Should your character receive approval, it will be moved to the Data Storage board for reference. Should you want to edit or delete your character, PM the moderator in charge of the board and submit a request for changes to be made. Edits should be PMed directly to the moderator so they can copy and overwrite the old information with the up-to-date information, while deletion simply requires a request. The moderator may make the changes immediately if they approve of them, but should they not approve they will post the changes in the original Tamer Creation topic as a reply and re-approval will be required from other parties eligible for doing so. However, the moderator is required to make the changes if they constitute factual alterations to appearance, age, etc.
As with all edits to user-generated content, the moderator will receive a two week deadline to make the changes if they approve of them. Should they, or another moderator whom they give the assignment to, be unable to fulfill this deadline, the task will be handed over to a GM. If the GM, or another GM whom they give the assignment to, be unable to fulfill their new two week deadline, the task will be put on hold until the workload lightens up. If any of the associated parties feel the edit in question is too minor or that you are submitting far too many requests for edits, it can and will be dropped completely. Do not, at any point, send the same request to multiple moderators until the two week deadline is up and you have reason to suspect either willful or unintentional negligence. A moderator is not required to reply to your message at any point, and this is not a sign of negligence.
The following template is to be used for creating characters. Any deviation from it whatsoever will result in the character becoming ineligible for approval.
Name:
Age:
Appearance: (Use either a picture or write a description. Be as descriptive as possible.)
Personality:
Backstory:
Favorite Color:
Residence: (Specify as much as possible, down to the town you want them to live in, if you can.)
Job/School: (Specify whether or not they have a job or go to school (or both) and either what their job is or what schooling they have.)
Talents:
Associates: (If they have any associates that you plan on including in their introductory story, include them here. After that, if you wish to include them in any future stories for more than single post appearances, they should be given full profiles.)
